MISSION

The goal of the MD Anderson Proteomics Core Facility is to deliver high-quality, reproducible and actionable proteomics data that accelerates discoveries in cancer biology and supports translational and clinical research. Therefore, our expert team is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for sample preparation and data-acquisition for comprehensive proteomics analysis. 

We offer an end-to-end full-service approach, including project consultation, sample preparation, LC-MS/MS analysis and data interpretation support. Our portfolio includes global proteome profiling, post-translational modification analysis (e.g., phosphoproteomics) and advanced workflows such as immunopeptidomics, spatial and single-cell proteomics and integrated multi-omics strategies are currently under development.

We are excited to be ramping up our efforts to bring the MD Anderson Proteomics Core Facility to full operational capacity.

While services are currently limited as we launch, we are committed to expanding rapidly and delivering cutting-edge proteomics solutions to support your research.
