Overview of Services

This Core ended 8/31/2024. The Recombinant Antibody Production Core (RAPC) provides custom recombinant monoclonal antibodies to investigators in a rapid, high-throughput, and cost-effective manner. Our methodology overcomes many of the issues with classical methods, namely lackluster antibody reproducibility and characterization, and is particularly well suited for generating antibodies against challenging targets such as antigens with single amino acid polymorphisms and post-translational modifications. We also offer engineering of recombinant antibodies to provide enhanced features such as fluorescent or affinity tags.
