The CPRIT Advanced Spatial Genomics (ASG) core provides spatial transcriptomics and genomics technologies to cancer researchers . Spatial Genomics (SG) coalesces the fields of imaging, histopathology, and data science together with genomic measurements to link genomic data with morphological and cellular features to study cancer tissues. The core is directed by Dr. Nicholas Navin and managed by Tuan Tran. This facility provides comprehensive services and expertise for tissue processing, slide imaging, spatial genomics technologies and spatial data analysis methods. Our core facilities accepts both frozen tissues samples and archival FFPE materials.
