Overview of Services

The Mass Spectrometry Imaging Core offers sample preparation, imaging data collection, and data analysis of fresh frozen and FFPE tissue specimens for the detection of drugs, metabolites, lipids, glycans, peptides, and proteins.  Most mass spectrometry imaging is performed in an untargeted manner, but targeted analyses are possible for drugs via MS/MS or for proteins via MALDI Immunohistochemistry.  It is strongly recommended that you meet with facility personnel to discuss your project goals before submitting a project.
